THE JOB:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will play a critical role in supporting the operation of the executive team, ensuring that the CEO and executive leaders of Redstor can focus time and energy on leading the business.
You will be the guardian of the CEO's schedule and ensure that executive meetings are well prepared, including coordinating agendas, pre-reads, and action items.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide high level support to the CEO and exec team on a daytoday basis ensuring smooth operation of activities and processes to drive growth and efficiency
- Responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the executive team
- Work with the CEO and executive team on meeting planning, preparation, and coordination, including logistics and materials.
- Gathering and analysing data to provide strategic guidance whilst overseeing discreet and meaningful projects.
- Providing strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholder to ensure smooth coordination of monthly and quarterly board meetings.
- Manage day to day office administration to ensure the smooth running of the head office
- Finance and budget management.
- Attend key meetings with the CRO with the purpose of ensuring followup and execution on key actions, with occasional international (USA and South Africa) travel.
