Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a successful manufacturing and engineering firm in Magherafelt in their search for a Payroll and Accounts Specialist.
Reporting directly to the FC, you will play an essential part in the smooth functioning of the finance department focusing primarily on processing payroll for approx.
- This position will involve:_
- Processing monthly payroll for the UK entity.
- Processing weekly payroll for the company's Irish jurisdiction, ensuring correct pay rates, deductions and net payments approx. 50 employees.
- Calculate payroll adjustments, including absences, bonuses and other deductions.
- Manage the payroll elements of employee benefit schemes.
- Prepare payroll reports as and when required for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Ensuring accuracy of payroll information in electronic payroll system & Time & Attendance system.
- Experience required:_
- Minimum of 3 years' experience processing payroll.
- Experience with ROI payroll would be desirable but not essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can liaise with all levels of staff.
- Time management and organisation.
- Solution orientated approach.
- Solid IT skills.
- Remuneration:_
- Hybrid working.
- Flexibility with start and finish time.
