Magherafelt (Hybrid)

£28,000-£35,000


Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a successful manufacturing and engineering firm in Magherafelt in their search for a Payroll and Accounts Specialist.


Reporting directly to the FC, you will play an essential part in the smooth functioning of the finance department focusing primarily on processing payroll for approx.

150 employees.

  • This position will involve:_
  • Processing monthly payroll for the UK entity.
  • Processing weekly payroll for the company's Irish jurisdiction, ensuring correct pay rates, deductions and net payments approx. 50 employees.
  • Calculate payroll adjustments, including absences, bonuses and other deductions.
  • Manage the payroll elements of employee benefit schemes.
  • Prepare payroll reports as and when required for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Ensuring accuracy of payroll information in electronic payroll system & Time & Attendance system.
  • Experience required:_
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience processing payroll.
  • Experience with ROI payroll would be desirable but not essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can liaise with all levels of staff.
  • Time management and organisation.
  • Solution orientated approach.
  • Solid IT skills.
  • Remuneration:_
- £28,000-£35,000 dependent on level of experience.

  • Flexibility with start and finish time.
