About the role


FiSearch is working with a Private Equity backed, fast growth, manufacturing business looking to add a newly created Financial Controller role to their structure.

This role will be the number two in finance and work closely with the Finance Director to developthe finance function to accommodate the rapid growth projected.


The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

  • Producing Management Information
  • Producing and Developing processes & systems


  • Managing team of

  • Statutory Accounts
  • Quarterly reforecasting
  • Budgeting
  • Board reporting & pack production

Requirements:


  • ACA or similar accounting qualification with 2 years post qualified experience
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Aptitude for management
  • Desire for career progression
  • Comfortable with a fast paced role
