Flourish Education are working with a supportive primary school who are looking to recruit for an SEN Teaching assistant work in their resource Base.

Were looking for someone resilient to work with a mix of KS1 and KS2 children with SEMH needs that have challenging behaviour.

This role would be working within small groups and with a supportive staff team.

The role is starting ASAP and would be a full time position on an ongoing basis

Have a level 2 or level 3 teaching qualification or higher
Strong references from a recent employer
DBS on the update service
Previous experience teaching SEMH Children
Commitment to the role

Be keen to develop and improve own practice.
Be proactive within the role to keep the children motivated and engaged
Leading small group intervention sessions, focusing on rapid progress
Liaising with other members of staff and always rep
