Qualified Social Worker - Cheshire East Council - Adult Contact Team South - Up to £35ph

Adult Contact Team South:
preventative service and safeguarding.
Generic social work position.


Key duties:

  • Safeguarding enquiries
  • Duty role
  • Adult Needs Assessments
  • Information, advice and signposting to community services
  • Person centred support planning
  • Carers assessments
  • Mental capacity assessment and best interest decision making.
  • Working in partnership with individuals and carers.
