Administration and Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handling telephone calls, addressing inquiries whenever possible, or redirecting the call to the appropriate colleague.
  • Managing client onboarding and renewal of engagement letters.
  • Conducting website and social media marketing activities.
  • Generating customer invoicing and undertaking debt chasing when required.
  • Completing and submitting Confirmation Statements to Companies House.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll processing.
  • Scanning and processing client paperwork using relevant accounting software.
  • Supporting client bookkeeping tasks.
  • Undertaking general administrative and secretarial duties on an asneeded basis.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or accounting role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
Experience working with Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext and BrightPay software would be highly advantageous.
