Administration and Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently handling telephone calls, addressing inquiries whenever possible, or redirecting the call to the appropriate colleague.
- Managing client onboarding and renewal of engagement letters.
- Conducting website and social media marketing activities.
- Generating customer invoicing and undertaking debt chasing when required.
- Completing and submitting Confirmation Statements to Companies House.
- Assisting with monthly payroll processing.
- Scanning and processing client paperwork using relevant accounting software.
- Supporting client bookkeeping tasks.
- Undertaking general administrative and secretarial duties on an asneeded basis.
- Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or accounting role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities.
