Abel Systems are looking to recruit a full time/part time accounts/admin person. This is a new position within a well-established company to carry out the following

-
Duties:


Full responsibility for producing the monthly Management Accounts in a timely manner, including month-end tasks such as accruals and prepayments.


  • Bank reconciliation
  • Running Payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
  • Payment of suppliers
  • Raising of sales invoices
  • Pension payments
  • VAT Returns
  • HMRC Payments
  • Answering the phone along with anything else that makes the office tick.

Key skills / qualifications:


  • Partqualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA, or qualified by experience (QBE)
  • Minimum of two years' experience within a finance environment
  • Experience using Sage 50
  • Confident in using a Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail & communications skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to "muck in" with a cando attitude.
This is an office based position with hours and days to be agreed.


Job Types:
Permanent, Part-time, Full-time


Salary:
£17,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
