Here is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Head of Clinical Site Management.

\you will be leading the clinical site management team in a large and busy acute Trust. The role covers the Clinical Site Management Team over three acute hospital sites serving a large population in Mid and South Essex.


The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Providing high quality clinical services including ensuring operational standards are met, appropriate planning for effective operational delivery, monitoring risk management and review mechanisms are in place to develop high quality, safe and reliable care within available resources.
  • Deputising as the operational lead for the TeleTracking & Clinical Site Management services across Mid Essex, Southend and Basildon Hospitals.
  • Lead quality improvement work within the TeleTracking & Clinical Site Management service using relevant data, information and feedback from service users.
  • Use service improvement methodologies to drive change and engage with all stakeholders to achieve success.
  • Create and support robust networks of collaboration and support within the MSB operational teams and external partners.
  • With the Control Centre Manager provide operational management support to the clinical staff.
  • Manage the administrative and clerical staff.
