Sales Manager - TelecomsThis is an exciting opportunity to make your mark with a dynamic and unique telecommunications provider. You will have autonomy to implement fresh ideas, to grow personally and professionally. This role would suit a Senior Business Development Manager, lookingfor a chance to progress and manage a sales team.
My client are a forward thinking brand, who are on a mission to support businesses boost their revenue, by offering one of the UK's most reliable hosted platforms + many more services (network connectivity, cloud services, cyber security).
My client is lookingfor an Internal/telesales Manager with a proven track record of sales&team development. You will be joining a progressive team, to drive sales and engagement. Salary £35k-45k + Double OTE + £6k Car allowance. Office based, Monday-Friday, Location - Preston,LancashireWe are looking for someone who is a natural leader who can energise and engage a team with varying levels of experience.
In addition to bringing fresh ideas on how to grow the business with team strategy & outreach.Experience Required:
- Telecommunications Sales experience (VoIP and telephony products)
- Management experience (managing between 1020 people)
- Training, coaching, and maintaining high performance of the sales team.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and developing team members to do the same.
- Implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Motivated and team focused with a positive attitude.
- Excellent team builder, leader, who thrives on challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/CRMs
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management leadership, coach and supporting the team, ensuring consistent development of up to 1520 people.
- Driving sales and consultative selling across the sales team.
- Proactively building, managing, and progressing the team's pipeline of viable business opportunities.
- Identify and close business opportunities whilst maintaining relationships and developing new ones (When needed)
- Performance manage the team when needed
- KPI, strategy and objective setting for team members
- Conduct daily sales meetings to motivate and set up the team
- Regular reporting, insight, and analysis of team and individuals' performance.
- Building and ensuring good relationships with key internal/external stakeholders, working collaboratively at all levels.
