The Role
The Head of Fundraising is responsible for maximising the income we can secure from a range of sources; driving innovative approaches; diversifying our funding base and building and maintaining our relationships with funding partners.
Targets:
You will be responsible for building and exceeding challenging but credible annual fundraising targets of £2m and above to support the development and delivery of core programmes; drive innovation and new activities; and bring in unrestricted income.
Team:
You will lead a team of three proactive and capable fundraisers, building their expertise and capacity to build and manage relationships and secure funding from corporates, trusts, and individuals.
Senior Management:
Finally, you will be a key part of Toynbee Hall's senior management team, a strong and talented group of professionals leading the different strategic areas of our organisation.
The team structure gives a great opportunity for cross-working with the chance to gain further experience in organisational planning, service development, and statutory partnerships.
Salary:
£55,000.00 per year
