Full time - (Flexible) Mon - Friday

All round accounts experience required.

Knowledge of SAGE Accounts, Sage payroll, Excel & Word.

Importing sales invoices from other programmes to Sage.
Posting and reconciling bank accounts & online banking.
Credit control.
Processing monthly salaries & bonuses.
Liasing with & producing reports/ paperwork for accountants at year end.
Various Admin job for Director as & when required.
Processing payments, sales invoices, and purchase receipts by entering data into Sage Line 50 and filing hard copies
Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
Paying supplier invoices and reconciling bank accounts and credit cards for two companies.
