THE ROLE
We are seeking a
Partner
Relationship Coordinator to join our fantastic Transitions department based out of our Twickenham office.

The role exists to ensure world-class standards are delivered via the LEAP Partner Network through maintaining and providing support and guidance to our external consultants.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is looking to start a career working in legal tech.


Working Pattern & Location
08: Monday to Friday, Twickenham Office.

Hybrid working pattern - 3 days office based and 2 days home based.


Requirements:


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Managing the day to day relationship between LEAP and our LEAP Certified Consultants (LCC's)
  • Onboard & certify new LEAP Certified Consultants
  • Ensure that all external consultants meet implementation quality standards
  • Provide ongoing & adhoc training to LCCs when required, including producing and maintaining training videos
  • Visiting clients for reimplementation or additional training following failed implementations
  • Act on feedback from Head of Implementations and other areas of the business with regards to LCC performance.
  • Revising Partner Network processes to improve client & consultant experience
  • Maintain Partner Network (LPN) documentation, policies and procedures (for both LEAP staff and LCC's)
  • Maintaining product knowledge
  • Assisting with the onboarding of non migration firms

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Essential:


  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Selfmotivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and the Partner Network.

Desirable:


  • Experience in a client/customer facing role.
  • Knowledge of the LEAP product would be considered a benefit, although not essential.
