We are currently partnered with a multi award winning social housing contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking a Estimator.

The role of Estimator

  • Prepare and process quotations, bids and tenders
  • Generate quantities for building works to support the pricing of a project.
  • Organise Supplier and Subcontractor enquiries and scrutinise quotations
  • Evaluate material, labour and plant requirements in compilation of the tender.
  • Create breakdowns, substantiation and undertake value engineering process
  • Communicate with key stakeholder and the Client to establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision and exclusions.
  • Measure commercial and operational risks associated with tenders.
I would love to hear from an Estimator who has:

  • Social housing experience
  • Full UK Driving License
