Job Description LSX Leaders**, the premier network for Life Science Executives, seeks a dynamic addition to our team as an Investor Relations and VIP Communities Manager. In this role, you will engage, nurture, manage, and expand our network of investors, pharma, and other VIPs across a diverse portfolio of events.


Ideal for a self-motivated individual comfortable working independently and as part of a team, the role involves managing multiple projects and actively contributing to the VIP offering and community engagement.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Identify key industry investor and VIP profiles in collaboration with internal executives.
  • Contact selected individuals to secure their participation across LSX events.
  • Conduct research and analysis within the investor and VIP community to shape future features and offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with key Medtech/Healthtech investors and VIPs to foster brand commitment and loyalty.
  • Ensure investors and VIPs have an exceptional customer experience, leveraging our industryleading 121 networking platform.
  • Drive the project development of one annual community offering.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in facetoface interactions and over the phone
  • Thrives in taking ownership of projects and ensuring successful delivery
  • Highly organized, demonstrating outstanding project management abilities and adept at multitasking
  • Capable of meeting timescales and targets efficiently
  • Proven ability to use initiative when necessary, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
  • Inquisitive and motivated to enhance and expand existing processes and procedures
  • Proficient in internet research and computer literacy
  • Experienced in data management and working with CRMs
