Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading nationwide integrated waste management business, that seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of allIT services, ensuring the continuity of IT services to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Service Desk and Field Service operations
Producing regular reports on service performance and achievements to stakeholders
Establishing processes to identify and resolve customer problems
Defining servicelevel agreements (SLAs) with the business and operatinglevel agreements (OLAs) with service providers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction requirements
Managing resources and staff, creating highperforming teams dedicated to quality outcomes and successful delivery
Taking ownership and accountability for IT service issues, ensuring these are tracked and resolved according to an agreed framework
Engaging with Senior leadership to ensure IT service delivery is fit for purpose
Owning and Managing the Transition to support process ensuring new systems and services are onboarded efficiently

Qualifications:

Over 5 years IT management experience, preferably within an enterpriselevel organization
Proven experience delivering against agreed KPI's in an IT operations environment
Proven ability to inspire and mentor highperformance teams
Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies
Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of all business plans and relate that knowledge to identified operational and IT service initiatives
Strong skills as a negotiator, to facilitate commitment to change and service improvements with the appropriate level of judgment and maturity
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Knowledge necessary to propose relevant IT responses to changing business and project risks
