Description
To provide and maintain a high standard of Finance administration and business support to departments on site. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needsand managing our company's general administrative activities. You will be required to adapt quickly to various teams on-site with specific work requirements.

Description

  • Reporting a range of Sales and Finance KPI's to the Finance Director
  • A range of adhoc support to the Finance Director (Invoicing)
  • Diary Management, sending out meeting requests and booking meeting rooms for the Senior Leadership team
  • Booking travel, accommodation and taxis as required
  • Support the marketing team with events/activities (eg Customer Events, Trade shows, Townhalls) as required
  • Support the sales team with diary management, travel arrangements and customer relations initiatives
  • Communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service.
  • Onboarding new starters organising IT access, and general induction process and offboarding leavers
  • Cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness when requested by Line Manager
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by Management

Profile

  • Excel Intermediate
  • Essential (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
  • Accuracy, Organisation & time keeping skill essential
  • Strong IT skills, competent with all Microsoft packages
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Methodical approach and good eye for detail
  • Flexible and affable approach
  • Some Invoicing and reporting experience (beneficial)
