Away Resorts are shaking up the industry and setting the new standards for what to expect from a UK Holiday Park.

We are looking for sales driven, customer focused sales advisors who will seek out and create opportunities to engage with potential new holiday homeowners.

What you'll be doing


As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes.

Some of your day would be touring potential owners around a fantastic environment including lakes and facilities. This role would also include working weekends and bank holidays.


Part of your role will be to seek out new opportunities and generate leads by networking, creating relationships with existing owners, working with local partnerships, and creating holiday home ownership adverts.

You will have stretching sales targets which you will be keen to exceed; always with the aim that new owners will say that it was a pleasure to buy from you.


As well as establishing relationships with potential new owners you will also strive to support existing owners who wish to upgrade their existing Holiday Homes.

We pride ourselves in selling with integrity, honestly and transparency to deliver the very best sales experience for all our Holiday Homeowners.


Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need.
First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long term relationships.

You will have a real talent for making customers feel special either on the phone or face to face; it's in the way you talk and just as importantly, in the way you listen.


Nice to have but not essential.


It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won't hold it against you if you don't).


  • Previously structed sales training in a similar environment.
  • Experience of outbound calling to make appointments with potential customers.
  • Experience of selling holiday homes.
  • Ability to generate your own leads


Experience isn't as important to us as the right attitude, but whatever your experience, we will provide great training, using the Away Resorts training academy, which is all about a journey with your customers from start to finish, putting yourself in their shoes.
