Main Contractor**_

Main contractor looking for a Site Administrator for an 18-month log contract working on site.

Looking for previous experience working on site administration for a main contractor in the construction industry.

Some of the expected tasks of the role:

Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, and drawings.
Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
Document and revision control.
Supporting and recording change control.
Scheduling visits and meetings.
Office management and general clerical duties.
Dealing with queries, complaints and requests for information.
General administration experience
Computer literacy.
Organisational skills
Multitasking abilities.
An understanding of information flows.
Good problemsolving and negotiation.
An understanding of procedures, standards and legal requirements.
Attention to detail.

The Main Contractor:

The main contractor is privately owned main contractor based in Manchester and London.
They achieved a turnover of £115m now have several exciting new projects to over £50m starting imminently.
They are a dynamic company who have very robust financials. Having doubled turnover in the two years to the start of the pandemic they are looking to establish themselves firmly in the Top 50 main contractors' league table with a target of £300m turnoverover the next 5 years.
The main contractor is traditionally focused on Prime and Super-Prime residential property and hotels, interspersed with mixed use schemes, commercial, and community buildings.
They are now actively expanding across commercial and leisure markets with a drive to attain projects with a target value of £15m to £70m.
Previous projects include numerous single dwelling, luxury residences with contract values from £5m to £30m.
