Key Deliverables

  • Drive core KPIs like Conversion Rate, AOV, UPT and RPV as core KPIs to deliver sales, optimizing the consumer journey across the Front End of the Site.
  • Own merchandising tools (boosting, hero products), category and product management strategies to execute this in season trading for your key categories. Supports team in product upload process, maintaining accuracy and using this as a chance to influence site merchandising.
  • Acts as a key partner between cross functional parties and be the point of contact for organization and trade activities related to the site experience connecting with Web Ops, Digital Marketing, Operations, Planning/Allocation, Brand Merchandising, Retail B&M and with the Global Team.

Mobile First:
understand the marketplace competition and constantly think of ways to push for mobile first driven strategies. Think _'mobile first'_ when executing all site merchandising tasks.

  • Work with web analytic tools (Adobe Omniture, Content Square, PBI) to contribute to key strategic decision making and onsite activities.
  • Update the commercial and promotional calendars with high attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication in conjunction with Site Merch lead.
  • Represent industry trends and promotional activities to the wider team, being a voice for the competition.
  • Strive for excellence and accuracy across the site through strong organization and seamless go live processes.
  • Build and develop an OMNI consumer vision and partnership with the retail team.
Essential Requirements

  • University Undergraduate Degree preferred (ideally in the field of analysis, business, research methods, economics, marketing, statistics, etc.)
  • 3+ years' experience in a trading, site merchandising or planning role, budgets, and working with crossfunctional stakeholders towards a shared goal. Experience within eCommerce essential.
  • Experience in an international ecommerce trading/merchandising role
  • Handson experience with web analytics tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, EDITED is a bonus)
  • Excellent analytics and advanced Excel skills
  • Crossborder experience with differing markets
  • Understanding of IT Systems' interdependencies (Image Banks, Hybris)
  • Demonstrating a flexible, determined, and positive working attitude
  • Deep familiarity of the eCommerce fashion business, its seasonality and product cycle
  • Being passionate about the customer journey (on
- and offsite) and connecting the dots
