The Fraser of Allander Institute, within the Department of Economics, Strathclyde Business School, wish to appoint a Project Support Administrator to work in their busy research unit.
This post is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in an alternative setting to support a new knowledge exchange project in collaboration with The Health Foundation.
This project represents a significant investment in building additional capacity to improve the evidence base and implementation of evidence in policy and practice with regards to tackling a range of inequalities that underpin health inequalities in Scotland.
This role supports a positive and inclusive research and knowledge exchange culture through effective administration and research activities.The post holder will provide day to day support for the newly established Health Foundation Policy Unit management team and the wider Institute.
You will have expertise in administration, ideally in a HEI setting with a good working knowledge of the areas of research and finance.
You will be able to use your own initiative and deliver quality work. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, are able to work to tight deadlines and work collaboratively.Formal interviews for this post will be held on 19/03/2024.
