Description

Duties:


  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and deadlines
  • Perform data entry tasks to update project databases
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Utilize computerized systems for project management tasks

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in administrative or project support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to type efficiently and maintain attention to detail
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
£11.44 per hour


Expected hours:
