Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic sales team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for estate agency, and a desire to learn and grow within the sales industry.

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be provided with comprehensive training and guidance to develop your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


Learning and Development:


Participate in a structured training program designed to provide you with a solid foundation in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and market knowledge.

Shadow experienced sales negotiators to learn the intricacies of property sales, from initial client contact to closing deals.


Client Engagement:

Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, both in person and through various communication channels.

Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide them with suitable property options.

Accompany clients on property viewings, addressing their questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.


Sales Process:


Collaborate with senior sales negotiators to draft property listings and promotional materials that highlight the unique selling points of each property.

Learn to negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Gain proficiency in preparing and presenting sales contracts and agreements accurately and professionally.


Market Research:

Conduct research on the local real estate market to stay updated on property values, neighborhood trends, and competitive offerings.

Analyse market data to assist clients in making informed decisions about pricing and property selection.


Administrative Tasks:

Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate client databases.

Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.

Enthusiasm for learning about the real estate industry and sales techniques.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility to work weekends and attend evening events when required.

Valid driver's license and car.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
