**Salary: Scale 5, NJC Spinal Column Point 14, £27,334 per annum, Hourly Rate
- £14.17**

You will provide important assistance to the manager on duty with the organisation and supervision of all aspects of operational staff duties.

All whilst ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety, cleanliness and general customer care are maintained at all times.

Your work will be on a shift basis, providing frontline supervision, dealing with daily operational developments including supervision of facility users, deployment of employees, employee cover, rotation of duties, meal breaks, issue of equipment and other materials, and directing specific tasks.
