We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our accounts department as a Credit Controller.

To be successful for this role, you will have organisational skills second to none and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels.

Your Microsoft office skills are excellent, and you have a real aptitude for learning new systems.

You are naturally very proactive, quick at problem solving and conscientious in your working style, always working to the best of your ability.

These skills will enable you to perform the role to a high standard and will assist you with your progression within the role.


About the role

  • Upholding payment procedures and policies ensuring timely payment
  • Handling customers queries with outstanding invoices and liaising with managers to get issues resolved
  • Keeping records of all customer communications
  • Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts
  • Liase with legal advisors
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Previous experience in Credit Control is desirable
  • Competent in using Microsoft office including Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work from your own initiative
  • Keen to learn

Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm
