If so, Zatori are currently partnered with a leading Pension Consultancy in the creation of a brand-new Customer Experience team


The new team is designed to act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries regarding the benefits held within the pension scheme.


Based in a vibrant office in Bristol, you will be working on a shift pattern between the hours of 8am-6pm, taking full ownership of the businesses customer experience.


If you currently have experience within the financial services industry then great If not don't worry, There is a fantastic training team in place to give you all the tools you need to be successful in the role

All we ask is for you to have prior Contact centre supervisory/managerial experience is essential to be considered for this level of role.

A little about the role:


  • Supervise, train, coach and mentor staff.
  • Accountable for ensuring the delivery of specific workloads
  • Managing and coordinating the delivery of Member Experience projects
  • Management of errors and complaints to ensure they are handled effectively and in accordance with agreed process.
  • Assist team members as required and provide support to the Team Manager
  • Check and authorise other administrators work

£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
