_Maintenance Person / All round builder _

Nationwide Refurbishment Company is looking for an experienced painters & decorators, to join the team. IMMEDIATE START. Self-employed position.

Responsibilities:


Basic 'maintenance person' skills with ability to do:

  • Moving or assembling furniture or equipment.
  • Painting & decorating.
  • General carpentry.
  • Basic plumbing & electrical duties.
  • Fixing / replacing locks.
  • Flooring, tiling and Aqua Panels
  • General maintenance person skills.
  • Clean driver's license
  • Competent and experienced van driver.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willing to work nationwide
  • Accommodation and Fuel costs are covered by the company.
  • Company vehicle is provided.
Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.


Salary:
From £18.00 per hour
