A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator, to join our existing Projects & Programmes team to help us deliver customer projects within Parvez Consulting Ltd, ensuring we exceed our customer's expectations.
You'll be involved in managing multiple projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including scoping, design, through delivery, to handover including managing the daily activities of internal and contractor resources, as well as documentation and reporting.
This role will be working alongside an experienced Project Manager to develop your skills in managing projects end to end as well as developing your knowledge of Neos Networks products and services.
Excellent drive, communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role as you'll be exposed to multiple levels both internal to Parvez and externally, to Suppliers, Operations, Design, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to drive delivery and provide regular updates and reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Immediate Start
- Minimum of a 4 (C) at GCSE in both Maths and English
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a confident telephone manner.
- Be able to handle a fastpaced and changing workload.

- You will need to be proactive and selfmotivated.
- You'll have 'cando' attitude, be able to challenge barriers to delivery and demonstrate ownership of the tasks at hand.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to work effectively on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Firstclass communication skills at all levels are important, together with the ability to negotiate and challenge ideas/requirements.
- The very nature of this role means that to deliver it successfully you will be a highly organised individual who is able to evidence their ability to plan, organise and schedule in a timely manner.
