Working for a top-tier international property consultancy you will join an existing team that largely works with commercial clients across the Midlands region.


You will be involved with:

  • Design and contract administration of construction projects
  • Fund and project monitoring
  • Building/acquisition surveys
  • The preparation and negotiation of schedules of dilapidations and condition
  • Feasibility studies
  • Building reinstatement cost assessments.
You will work with commercial clients across the midlands region covering industrial, offices and retail properties.
To be successful, have finished university having studied an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree. Ideally, you will also have gained some relevant work experience in Building Surveying.
