Global Head of Recruitment and Onboarding Process, technology and Experience - 12 month secondment/ 12month Fixed term contract


The role of the Global Head of R&O Process, Technology and Experience sits within the Recruitment and Onboarding (R&O) Centre of Excellence (COE) and reports to the Global Head of Recruitment Operations.


In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for R&O process and technology, ensuring it is optimised
  • Be the Business owner delegate and SME for R&O systems
  • Define technology requirements, keeping up to date with recruitment technology in the market, researching vendors and then select vendors in conjunction with HRIT
  • Implement new technologies or enhancements to current recruitment infrastructure
  • Set standards for process and experience and agree action plans where standards are not achieved
  • Work with the Process and Systems team to understand and review requested
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Resourcing and technology knowledge with proven track record in documenting requirements, documenting business processes, implementing and integrating systems is essential
  • Demonstrable recruitment process management and improvement experience is essential delivering improved experience through streamlining resourcing processes
  • System knowledge preferably of Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems, Avature or a similar CRM, Onboarding solutions, Talent platforms, Video Interviewing technology, Career sites is essential
  • Ability to manage and influence geographically diverse teams within a large global organisation would be an advantage
  • Strong experience of training and implementing consistency and lasting change is essential
  • Experience researching and working with external vendors would be preferable
  • Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timescales is essential
