A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Estate Planning to become an integral part of a rapidly expanding company.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop fluency in current operating tasks and processes;
- Ensure the accuracy of all advice and the subsequent legal documentation produced;
- Delver ongoing training and development of staff members;
- Structure processes efficiently, enabling exceptional endtoend customer experience;
- Supervise staff and provide technical support;
- Handle complex client queries and issues;
- Report and advise on resource and product development to ensure our capacity is never limiting our growth;
- Constantly measure, report on and improve metrics such as SLAs, hours per case and efficiency;
- Be a key strategic contributor to scaling the business;
You will have excellent:
- Computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and CRM systems;
- Communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Leadership attributes;
- Attention to detail.
You are:
- Open to direction and new working styles;
- At ease with operating in a fastpaced, moving environment;
- Able to delegate responsibilities effectively;
- Confident in using your own initiative;
- Able to develop and maintain rapport with a wide variety of clients, both over the phone and in written communication.
Education experience and qualifications:
- Up to degree level
- Experience working within the Estate Planning sector is a must.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
