Deliverables:


The purpose of this engagement is to develop business workflow automation that leverages Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API and other Microsoft Product capabilities to assess the feasibility to replace an existing workflow tool.

The assessment will require the development of prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility.

Successful POCs will be used as a basis for the development of architecture design documents and development of the future solution.


Services:

  • Develop and document automation and engineering work required for implementing various automation within the Microsoft Power Platform primarily based on business requirements and then to be developed High-Level Design.
  • Work with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, business analysts and project managers to confirm requirements, scope, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage deliverables in adherence to DB Software Development Life Cycle using recommended tools and following change management processes.
  • Collaborate with End Users Computing, Domain architects, Microsoft Product Owners, For internal use only and Engineers to ensure deliverables are robust, scalable, DB IT/IS policies compliant.
  • Work with Architects and Engineering team to develop technical documents and drive the security and design approvals.
  • Work towards handover of engineering and business solutions to operations team by providing KT, operation guides and supporting escalated user issues.
  • Collaborate with the owners of technology design authorities to identify the technologies in scope
  • Identify value creation opportunities through simplifying the technology estate
  • Support the documentation of technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring clear standards that enable consistency across domains
  • Describe architectural decisions to frame these clearly for senior management including the options and potential impact
  • Investigate key architectural choices with the responsible architects to evaluate the best option for Deutsche Bank
  • Provide recommendations to the Client's technology governance forums
  • Work collaboratively with other product & technology management workstreams, such as Portfolio Management, to ensure continuity from strategy to execution
