Overview
Yu Smart is a Metering Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services. We are looking to expand our Customer Services Team, to ensure continued success & growth.

This is a great opportunity to work for a small but forward-thinking business that has major growth plans, at an exciting time in its evolution.


What We Need from Yü

  • Making outbound calls to existing business customers with the aim to book appointments for our highly skilled engineers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Respond to customer complaints.
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
  • To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, as well as an excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management

  • Experience of the Utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
