Apprentice Lettings Negotiator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual wishing to learn the Estate Agency
industry as an Apprentice with the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst
working for a very successful and established business. We are searching for someone
driven and enthusiastic to join our team


How the Apprenticeship will work:

Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely
supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be
completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months.
The Level 2 Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship favours coursework and
projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to
enable you to excel your career
You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you
with all the tools to succeed.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
  • Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
  • Conduct viewings & negotiate offers
  • Support Senior Negotiators

What we are looking for:

  • Confident Communicator with a good telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the organisation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive, can do attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
