Job Overview


As the Head of Sales of the London office, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales department and ensuring that the team meets its targets.

In the first few months, you will lead by example by being on the phones with the team to support them.

Once you have settled in, your role will shift to a 100% management position with no billing responsibilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to hire and train staff, inspire and motivate the team, and then develop and grow the department.

The ultimate goal is to become the Sales Director, responsible for managing multiple offices around the world.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Real Estate, publishing, media or events background with a focus on sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record in leading, growing and inspiring teams
  • Experience in closing deals and dealing with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Interview Process

  • First stage initial phone call screening
  • Second stage video interview with Sales Director
  • Third and final stage inoffice interview with CEO and Sales Director

Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary of £40,000
  • Total package OTE is £100,000 +

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
