I am working with a main car dealership in Barker Street Norwich, who are on the lookout for Vehicle Technicians to join their team.

Working in excellent premises, with very high standards across the board you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best.

Vehicle Technician Role:

To carry out servicing and repairs as per manufacturer's guidelines
To diagnose vehicle faults in a logical and structured manner
To ensure workmanship is of the highest standards to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
Must be aware of and comply with all legal aspects relating both to maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
Record work carried out, time taken and advise on any additional work.

Vehicle Technician - Requirements:

To be trained to City and Guilds Motor Repair/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
Ideally have diagnostic experience
Previous experience of working as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
MOT Licence would be advantageous.
Ideally, previous experience of working in a main dealer.
To have a valid UK driving licence
A full training programme will be designed for the successful applicant, to ensure you can work to the highest standards and ultimately progress your career.

Package:
Salary for the Norwich vacancy is DOE - 1. First level tech - £26k basic - OTE £34K+ / 2. Senior Tech - £29k basic - £37k+ OTE / 3.

Master Tech £34K basic - £42-45K+ OTE 40 hr per week - M-F - Saturday working is on a rota 1 in3 and paid at x 1.5 rate.
