Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join one of our premium Falkirk based clients.
What's on offer as a HR Advisor:
- Monday to Friday position
- Fulltime hours, with flexibility needed around start/finish times
- Permanent contract
Working as a HR Advisor, your duties will involve:
- The administration of all employee related material, including absence management and employee benefit scheme
- Updating and certifying compliance with policies and procedures; Ensuring employee training is up to date
- The creation and delivery of regular reports to senior managers on employee related maters
- Provide HR advice and support to both management and employees
To be successful in this HR Advisor role you will:
- Be CIPD qualified; with up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Be degree educated or possess substantial industry experience
- Have previous evidence of continuing professional development
- Experience of using absence and time management software
