Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join one of our premium Falkirk based clients.


What's on offer as a HR Advisor:

  • Monday to Friday position
  • Fulltime hours, with flexibility needed around start/finish times
- £35,000 per annum + benefits

  • Permanent contract

Working as a HR Advisor, your duties will involve:

  • The administration of all employee related material, including absence management and employee benefit scheme
  • Updating and certifying compliance with policies and procedures; Ensuring employee training is up to date
  • The creation and delivery of regular reports to senior managers on employee related maters
  • Provide HR advice and support to both management and employees

To be successful in this HR Advisor role you will:

  • Be CIPD qualified; with up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Be degree educated or possess substantial industry experience
  • Have previous evidence of continuing professional development
  • Experience of using absence and time management software
