Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director UK and Ireland you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction of an evolving HR Shared Service Centre in the UK & Ireland that has recently relocated to a new location in West London.
Your role will contribute to the development and delivery of the overall HR Strategy for our client, specifically contributing to the journey towards greater self-service, more automation, better data and more standardised approaches to processes.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to develop and deploy HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle that enables business performance and scalability.
You will be responsible for delivering the most efficient services and employee lifecycle activities for c2000 employees located in 6 sites across the UK and Ireland.
You will be a visionary leader, managing and inspiring the HR Shared Service Centre team to execute excellently, developing them to become a high performing team.
You will possess the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across the organisation, a business that is a leader in its sector.
