Job description The Department's research is funded by multiple grant awarding bodies including the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), British Academy of Management; The Wellcome Trust; the National Natural Science Foundation of China; and the Irish Workplace Relations Commission (WRC).- The Department runs a successful MSc in Human Resource Management programme and its academic staff also offer modules to multiple undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programmes across the School, including the MBA.- A PhD in HRM, OB or a related discipline.

  • Indication of or already recognised excellence and reputation in HRM or OB in line with norms for the specific post applied to.
  • Indication of or sustained publication record of international excellence in HRM or OB in line with norms for the specific post applied to.
  • Experience of teaching and assessment in HRM or OB at university level in line with norms for the specific post applied to.
  • Demonstrable excellence in classroom teaching and online delivery of teaching.
