StanelyStanley is a 75-Year-Old SMB based in St Albans.
Stanley is one of the UK's largest suppliers of specialist niche H&S equipment which is made up of 5 divisions.
Our Service department with its 4 Specialist Engineers is responsible for Servicing and Maintaining our Stair Climbers and Pedestrian Fork Trucks on an annual and bi-annual basis.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and execution of Annual Servicing and Thorough Examination Certificates
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and routing.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of installations, service interventions, and customer interactions in the CRM & ERP system.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to delivery and aftersales support.
- Proven experience in a coordination role within a customer service, aftersales support, or technical service environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, engineers, and team members at all levels.
