    **Promoting a Safe and Healthy Work Environment**

    We're seeking an enthusiastic Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Administrator to play a key role in ensuring our workplace remains safe and environmentally compliant. As the heart of our safety and environmental efforts, you'll provide an effective & organised administration service supporting the expanding team.

    You will contribute to ensuring that all statutory and regulatory responsibilities for health, safety, and environment are discharged across the business, enabling management of key functions & processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the SHE team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports related to health, safety, and environment.

    Requirements:

    • Highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
    • Able to engage with people at all levels and maintain excellent working relationships.
    • Continuous improvement mindset, looking for solutions to ensure safety is at the forefront of everything we do.

    Work Arrangements:

    You will be working from any of our regional offices a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The remaining two days can be worked from a location of your choice, such as another office, a cafe, or home.
