• Support Marketing Manager with social and content marketing strategies, content creation and social media management
• Creative Cloud experience preferential but not mandatory
• Agency experience preferential but not mandatory
• Creative people person with an understanding of b2b relationships
• Help develop engaging, creative content across social platforms
• Monitor, measure and report on key engagement metrics
• Competent in using and analysing data analytics
• Help create and manage content calendar, scheduling and timelines
• Spot and respond to trends
• Work with internal teams to create and share relevant content
• Good copywriter and proofreader
• Opportunity spotter
• Support business and clients with social media management and content creation.
• Hunger for continual professional development, sharing learnings with team
• Consistently hit personal KPI's and collaborate with team to hit company targets
• Adopt the CI values and behaviours
• Effectively use systems in place (Employee Handbook, Hubspot, Breathe HR, StreamTime, Teams, CI WA Channel)
• Follow CI processes and ways of working to ensure efficiency
• Partake in L&D, L&L's and 9.09s
• Actively think of ways to improve CI and the business you're part of speak to manager to formulate a plan to deliver

£23,000 - £28,000 DOE

£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
