We're hiring for a Brand Marketing Executive as part of our growing UK&I Marketing Team to guide our ongoing evolution to deliver multi moment, customer first marketing activity to a range of audiences and markets across clients, prospects, and talent.

Job Description Purpose of the role**As the Brand Marketing Executive you will help shape the perception of dentsu to both internal and external audiences. Collaborating across practice areas, you will develop and implement cohesive brand and messaging strategies that engage with target audiences, and contribute to the growth of the business.

You will work in the UK but provides opportunities to work with our EMEA and Global teams.

You will be part of an in-house marketing team of 20, who work with our leadership in the UK and EMEA, which is an important part of the role.


Qualifications Main Responsibilities**- Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, to build a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with dentsu's overall objectives and target audience insights

  • Collaborate with colleagues across dentsu's practice areas (Media, Creative, CXM) to develop integrated brand campaigns to increase growth
  • Work with our creative team to develop and test compelling visual designs, marketing materials, and brand assets
  • Help maintain dentsu's brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
  • Carry out competitor research and stay abreast of the latest news and trends in the industry
  • Manage brand marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and performance tracking
  • Create and distribute engaging, brand content including; video, digital out of home, event assets
  • Manage brand budget, ensuring allocation of resources and maximising return on investment
  • Build and with external partners to expand dentsu's reach and effect
  • Analyse results and provide insights to improve future marketing initiatives

Essential Skills

  • Education or experience within a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business
  • Present findings
  • Professional demeanour and enthusiasm for business
  • Demonstrated history of establishing working relationships across diverse team
  • Demonstrated understanding of agency process, department functions and workflow
  • Work with multiple teams
  • Organised
  • Curious, iterative, and collaborative
