Sales Coordinator to join our team based in
Sutton, London.

About the role:

Our Customer Service Centre works with sales, quotations, price calculations, orders and projects.

As a
Sales Coordinator, you will provide our customers with the best possible service and our salespeople with excellent backup.

Over time, the role will develop to include project-oriented tasks. You will become project owner of new designs/projects and ensure proper calculations of new products. You will also have the opportunity to be responsible for your own customers.


Key responsibilities you will have as our Sales Coordinator include:

  • Ensuring and driving a strong co-operation between Faerch and customers
  • Providing strong and competent support for Area Sales Managers
  • Order processing and followup
  • Daily customer contact
  • Forecasting and price calculations
  • Ad hoc tasks

Skills and experience you will need to become our Sales Coordinator:
You know how to organise your own workday and you have the will to succeed. You ensure quality in handling all tasks from start to finish.


Furthermore:

  • You have experience with customer service and have the ability to create a good relationship with the customer and understand the customer's needs
  • You have strong IT competencies, including being a super user of Microsoft Office and you possibly have knowledge of CRM and M
  • A good communicator and articulate
  • Experience with backoffice sales from a similar position is an advantage
  • You structure your work and manage to keep track of all actives without losing sight of details
  • You are a serviceminded team player with lots of initiative, and good at communicating at all levels
