Description

Moody's is seeking a valued team member to work in our global Change and Release team, that will lead our processes and supporting team to improve service deliveries in the Technology space.

They will be required to work with senior stakeholders across multiple LOBs to drive adoption through successful and transparent technology changes.


  • Identify, create and/or implement processes to efficiently manage and continuously mature the change & release processes
  • Lead the assessment of service readiness to ensure changes are successfully operationalised.
  • Responsible for developing, documenting, publishing and maintaining release management standards, plans and procedures (including governance)
  • Track, monitor and report on the change & release landscape as it maps to Company objectives
  • Drive the reduction of business impact hours that have resulted from a change or release
  • Ensures the accurate documentation of the support processes and responsibilities of services being introduced
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant certifications, preferably in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 10 years of solid, experience in IT Service Management including Release Management experience
  • ITIL v3/v4 Practitioner Certification preferred
  • Excellent Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platform
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Good attention to detail, strong leadership &organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
