Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Line Lead to join our team. The Line Lead will oversee the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality in producing our customers product.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, a passion for getting things right for our customers and the business, and the ability to uphold company policies and procedure.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production line workers
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and food safety regulations
- Train new employees on line operations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Implement and enforce company policy and procedures throughout the production process
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with a "can do" attitude
- Previous experience in managing people is preferable
- An accute attention to detail
- An ability to read and understand customer requirements and specifications
- Proficiency in basic mathematics for calculations
