This is an exciting new role for the business which you can help shape. It is a specialist role leading the next phase of sales and marketing technology change.

You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the programme, supported by change specialists (PM, PMO, Business Architects) and technology suppliers they will work with the B&M LT to ensure business requirements are clear and benefits are achieved by successful delivery.

The Marketing Operations and Change team enables the effective and efficient operation of the marketing function.

They oversee suppliers, the workflows that ensure that work is delivered in line with the group brand and marketing governance framework and deliver change at scale covering programmes which require brand and marketing support across the group change portfolio.

About the role

Takes ownership when a brief received through the Demand Management process is identified as having 2 or more team requirements across B&M
Responsible for all change that impacts B&M - e.g. Proposition, Trading, New Product, Regulatory, Paper to Digital etc.
Captures B&M requirements and build a project plan
Supports the meeting framework and cadence of communications to wider B&M reps
The Change Lead appointed will coordinate multiple stakeholders, in B&M and wider business stakeholders
They will be responsible for feeding into any wider project status updates when the change is being led by a Project / Programme Manager
