Part-time Receptionist
We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time receptionist to work at our office in Solihull Town Centre. The role is permanent and the working pattern is 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Wednesday.
Duties will include:
- Greeting clients to the office in a friendly and courteous manner
- Copying identification documents from clients and passing these to the correct department
- Changing our window display on a monthly basis
- Sorting the incoming post
- Keeping the kitchen stocked
- Ordering stationery supplies
- Franking post at the end of the day and taking this to the Post Office/dropoff point
- Covering holiday leave for the other receptionist who works Thursdays and Fridays
- Providing support to the whole team
- Completing adhoc admin requests for the senior management team
- Undertaking any specific training when required to do so and overall to have responsibility toward selfdevelopment
- Ensuring the confidentiality of the firm's and clients' documentation and information at all times
- Be able to demonstrate initiative
- Have attention to detail
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable
- Have extremely good teamworking ability; able to support wherever needed
- Have excellent timemanagement and prioritisation skills
- Be able to offer flexibility in the working environment
