Senior Recruitment Consultant - FinTech

Permanent People have a new vacancy for an experienced recruiter to work in an innovative recruitment business, heading up their FinTech offering.

The Position
Our client has an established business, operating with top companies in placing finance and accounting professionals.

Due to their strong relationships, IT and Tech vacancies are now coming in regularly, and the company are now looking for a senior recruitmentconsultant to work on filling these roles and building this side of the business for them.

The culture of this business is one of a friendly, non-corporate environment, where people who can fully focus in an autonomous business, do well.

Your Background

Your experience will be as a 360 recruiter, and as this is a stand-alone position, you will be able to work with full autonomy and be able to evidence a strong record in getting results.

Someone who is motivated, keen to build a division with a commercial approach would be a great fit fir for this position.

Benefits & Package
This role can be worked on a fully remote basis, and hybrid working is also on offer. Our client also offers fully flexible working.

Along with this, the salary of the role could be anywhere from £30,000-£50,000 DOE along with a great commission structure.
