Join ISS as a Receptionist, a role in which you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer touchpoint journey, serving as an ambassador for an outstanding workplace experience for both our clients and ISS.
In the role of Receptionist, you'll collaborate with the workplace experience team to curate an environment that elevates well-being, boosts productivity, and enriches company culture—a place where our end users truly want to belong.
In this 6-month FTC, you'll have the opportunity to enhance on-site service experiences and implement new initiatives aligned with the ISS Global Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
- Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
- Raise helpdesk tickets where necessary for FOH tasks, (work in collaboration with all teams and close tasks where possible)
- Undertake site audits and actively seek ways to improve the service provision
- Ensure all FOH KPI's are met
- Ensure training for site SOP's and Dawn raids is completed and reviewed regularly
- To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
- To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirement
- To work as part of the team within the ISS Workplace Team and ensure a seamless and effective delivery of all services lines
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
- Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
- High degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Motivated, committed and flexible
- Health & Safety understanding
