Due to a recent promotion, our client is looking for a Research and Development Technician to join the team.

Working for a longstanding engineering company who take pride in developing their staff, you will be responsible for the building of prototype electro & mechanical assemblies for new products.

In addition to the hands on element of this position, you willalso create and update all data packs for production such as wiring drawings and test procedures.

What you will be doing:

Building prototype mechanical and electrical assemblies
Using Solidworks to create cable and wiring drawings
Using composer to create production data packs build and test procedures & package instructions
Liaising with other members of the team to ensure that all documentation are in line with ISO9001:201
Attend and contribute in team meetings
